Processing Time

Our bowyer’s workshop processes all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Standard Shipping (Recommended):
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
– Cost: £12.95

Free Shipping:
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
– Available for orders over £50

Note: Delivery times may vary for international destinations. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.

Our Return Quiver Policy

Like an arrow that needs adjusting, sometimes gear needs returning. You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • Original packaging must be intact (with fletching undamaged for arrows)
  • Proof of purchase must accompany the return

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Like arrows once loosed, these items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made products (including cresting/painted arrows and custom bowstrings)
  • Glues & Adhesives (for safety reasons)
  • Opened containers of fletching glue or cresting paint pens
  • Personalized items (engraved equipment or monogrammed quivers)

The Return Process

Follow these steps as carefully as nocking an arrow:

  1. Prepare Your Return
    Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. For arrow-related items, use adequate protection to prevent damage during transit.

    We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions. For exchanges, please specify your preferred replacement item.

    We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed, using your preferred shipping method.

International Returns

For archers outside the UK:

  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be processed in GBP and may vary slightly due to exchange rates

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
