3. Products & Services
3.1 Product Descriptions
We take as much care describing our products as we do crafting them. However, slight variations in wood grain or colour may occur in handmade items.
3.2 Custom Work
Custom products (crested arrows, engraved items) cannot be returned unless faulty. You’ll approve all custom work specifications before we begin crafting.
3.3 Age Restrictions
Certain products (broadheads, release aids) may have age restrictions in your region. It’s your responsibility to comply with local regulations.
4. Ordering & Payment
4.1 Order Process
Your order journey:
- Select your archery equipment
- Choose shipping method (Standard or Free for orders over £50)
- Complete payment via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal
- Receive order confirmation
- We process within 1-2 business days
4.2 Pricing
All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
4.3 Payment Security
We use encrypted payment processing. TrueBowGear never stores your full payment details.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Processing Time
Our bowyer’s workshop processes all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
5.2 Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping (£12.95): DHL/FedEx – 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping (orders over £50): EMS – 15-25 business days after dispatch
Some remote areas (particularly in Asia) may not be serviceable.
5.3 Delivery Issues
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, refuse acceptance or note damage with the carrier immediately.
6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery if:
- Items are unused and in original condition
- Original packaging is intact (arrows must have undamaged fletching)
- Proof of purchase is included
6.2 Non-Returnable Items
Like arrows once loosed, these cannot be returned:
- Custom-made products
- Glues & adhesives
- Opened fletching glue or cresting paint
- Personalized items
6.3 Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return, via original payment method.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, product designs, and branding are the property of TrueBowGear. You may not:
- Reproduce our product designs or descriptions
- Use our images without permission
- Reverse-engineer our proprietary tools or jigs
8. Liability Limitations
While our products are crafted for durability, TrueBowGear is not liable for:

- Consequential damages from product use
- Events beyond our reasonable control (shipping delays, customs issues)
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
